It includes all floors vacuumed and mopped, bathrooms and toilets thoroughly cleaned, kitchen surfaces and cupboards wiped inside and out, skirting boards and window sills dusted, wardrobes and mirrors cleaned, and laundry areas tidied. Oven cleaning is also included as standard – no hidden extras.

End-of-lease cleans can take anywhere from 3 hours onwards, up to a full day, depending on the condition of the property and the level of cleaning required. Some properties may need extra time due to hidden dirt, built-up grime, or areas that require additional attention.

Every property is different, and an in-person inspection allows me to understand the level of cleaning required, including areas that may not be visible in photos or videos.

Once I’ve inspected your property, I’ll provide a clear estimate so you know what to expect before the clean begins.
