Minimum Booking

  • Residential cleans are a minimum of 3+ hours per visit

Payment

  • Payment required on the day of service or upon completion
  • Cash (exact amount only, no change provided) or direct deposit
  • An invoice will be provided

  • Spot clean light switches, door handles & fingerprints
  • Ground-level windows available on request (internal/external; tracks & fly screens at an additional cost)

End of Lease Cleaning in South Yarra

South Yarra has a lot of rental properties and property managers who know exactly what to look for. My exit cleans cover everything on the standard checklist: oven, rangehood, bathrooms, skirting boards, window tracks.

If anything gets picked up at the final inspection, I come back and fix it. No extra charge.
